First you must eliminate the source of moisture that caused delamination.
If your MH is out-of-warranty, I have read of someone fixing a delamination issue by injecting glue into the wall, parking next to a large tree, and using a large board against the sidewall to use a hyd. jack to push the sidewall back into position. I don't know the results though.
This website may offer something useful: Repairing Surface Damage

Hi Scott,

Did you figure out your delamination issue? I have a 2009 Damon Daybreak and I noticed over the weekend that it has a bubble starting under the refrigerator vent. I fear that somehow moisture is getting in and that I am facing a delamination problem. Any help from Thor when you contacted them? Thanks for any advice and input you have.

2008 coach will have been out of warranty for a long time.
