Driver door electric window 02 Damon Intruder

Hello

02 Damon 36' Intruder. We recently bought her.. is it ok to say her ? lol.. anyways.. We knew the driver door window had issues. Took it apart today. Pulled motor, cable. Window would go down hard, and not come back up with just pulling it.

Motor seems ok maybe a bit weak tho. Cable is fine. Seems the window it self is binding or the seals are old and just binding the window.

I sprayed silicone lubricant on cable, and in windows channels. Put it all back with out the door cover. Seems to work but still not as good. Put all the way down and I have to lift it by hand while using button/power.

Photo of motor.. cant find one online, or any info as to equivalent.
Any Intruder owners ever have this issue ?

That motor fits fords. Pretty much every thing trim related was ford (even on non ford units), at least with my 2001 thats the case. Bring it into your local parts dealer, and have them look up that model number

I discovered the main issue.. I sprayed silicone in the window channel. Works fine now! Motor I removed run great. I think the past owner didn't use the window much maybe or it sat during winter before they traded it in.

Thanks all.
