Factory wired and not used?

Just wondering if Workhorse/Damon wireing harness might have wires for options not included. I did look for fog light wire but didn't see anything obvious.

Yes, nearly all vehicles have extra wires in the harness. The reason for this is very simple.

Depending on the options you order and. in some cases the model of vehicle you order. Different wires are used.. Since it is cheaper for the auto companies, including the chassis manufacturers. to stock one "universal" harness than to stock 20-leven different harnesses. They put in the extra wires.

Sometimes, they are even useful.

look in the headlight bundle they may be taped over and cut

Two things, Yes there probably are extra wires. The second is that they still use different harnesses for different applications. Otherwise the wiring harness would look like the old trans-Atlantic cable in order to accommodate all of the options.

our Tuscany has tow extra wires in the headlight harness for additional fog lights, i have a factory set plus they added another set of "driving" lights that run when the rv is in gear
plus this one near the rear jacks....nobody knows what it goes to

plus in the closet under the drawer is a harness for adding a auto genny start

and in the basement i have an extra harness that has two 12 v feeds plus grounds???
