So
it was sunny out and the concrete was not to cold, I threw out the thick moving blanket
and proceeded to change out the engine and genny fuel filters

I have to start watching for the little gremlin that sneaks around tightening the filters to the base the secondary filter really gave me fits coming loose.

best thing was the fuel i drained out was clean and free from gunk and water. I recycled it and filled up my yard tiki torches

now i need to go for a drive and get the oil changed, in preparation for the next long voyage

We got 3" of snow overnight. I do need to take the two starting battery cores back to the diesel shop. They're worth $15 each.

How did you find a couple of hours with nothing to do. Too much time on your hands. Good for you...
