heat control panel not illuminating

need a little help just noticed my heat/ac control panel doesn't light up when I have my lights on. All other dash lights work, I could have sworn these illuminated also. Can any one point me in the right direction?
My unit is a 2008 Challenger 376, ford chassis
Thanks

Thanks Gasser, I was hoping you would respond since you have the same
