I purchased a 2007 Damon Outlaw 3611 from a Miami-based HMO (they used it for mobile health fairs). The coach was maintained by an RV Rental company who can't seem to find the records (or original title...that's another story). Anyway, in going through the coach and repairing the multiple items left undone (see other posts), I found a blown fuse and two incorrect amp fuses in the Damon Outlaw power control panel under the hood. Damon CS was quick to provide me an Owner's Manual, which does have an electrical diagram. Unfortunately, the diagram is a circuit level one that does not show which fuse goes to which circuit. Does anyone have a diagram showing the assignment of the fuses on the Damon power panel (has the isolator relay and other relay mounted on it) under the hood?
Also, going behind the dash to locate and fix the broken Tow/Haul wire (not one of Ford's better designs--broke at the base of the shift lever), I found multiple connectors tied off or not connected. Some are obvious (like the Fog Light connector--don't have that option); others are not. Similarly, there are bundled/tied off connectors by the electrical supply panel, too. Guessing these are for the fog light option, too. Any help with wire/wire bundle identification would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance...can't wait to get this baby full-up and Code 1.

For the chassis wiring you are going to want a copy of the Ford Electrical and Vacume Troubleshooting Manual which shows each complete circuit, connector pinouts and locations. You will also find the Shop Manual useful. You can purchase either printed or DVD copies from Helm or used dealer DVDs show up regularly on Ebay. Personally, I like the DVD as I can print the pages I need for the task at hand and not worry about getting them dirty.

I've got the Ford manual and deciphered those fuses (funny how Ford doesn't label them like other manufacturers). It's the Damon-installed electrical panel that's a mystery and their manual shows circuit names and amps, but has no picture of the panel under the hood. My next step is to remove fuses and see what quits working...kind of hoped someone at Damon or on this forum might have the decoder ring before I went to that trouble.
Again...I'm looking for the Damon (coach manufacturer) panel, not the Ford. And in the FWIW, the 2006 F-53 chassis is different from the 2007.
Have emailed Damon...maybe they'll respond soon.

I checked my fuses with a continuity tester, then you don't have to pull them. The small blade fuses have little holes where you can put the probes of the tester. Hope that helps a little.

I already checked them all, which is how I found the 15-amp blown one in the 10-amp spot. The question is, then, to what circuit/system is each fuse connected? Otherwise, in the case of the blown fuse, what system do I need to check in order to prevent blowing another, and another. I emailed Damon's tech support, who initially said they couldn't help. They emailed a second time to say they were checking with their maintenance support and engineers. Gotta think someone somewhere knows that this Battery Control Center actually controls. The one in the 2007 Damon manual is an INTELLITEC Diesel B.C.C., which is absolutely NOT what I have under the hood of mine.

I may, again, may, have a source here in the local RV park. He owns an 08 on the same frame. Let me see if I can track him down and get him on the forum for you. Welcome to the Outlaw family!
