I need Help

Living room slide does not want to retract! It is sitting in my driveway and I need to take it into the shop tomorrow morning!!
If you are outside looking at the slide, the Left hand side isn't out all the. It is actually haveway down the ramp as opposed to the Right side which is fully seated.
So when I try to bring the slide back in the left side start in but the right side doesn't want to start up the ramp.
How do I get the right side to go all the way down the ramp and fully seat so that they both start from the same position?

Don't know what rig you have, but on mine (electric slides) the motor is located in the ceiling of the basement under the slide. One side of the shaft coming out of the electric motor has a bolt that probably sheared. You can use a crescent wrench to move the side that needs to line up, and then put a new bolt (grade 8) in the place where the old one sheared. If you have some other set up, I don't know. Steve

Stuck Slide

Thanks Steve
Your right I always forget to state what rig I have, it is a 2002 Damon Intruder. What I found was the slide had slid to far enough to the right that the wall of the slide was hitting the pocket the roller sits in. Simply slid it back over and it retracted fine.
