When you step in or out of the door of late model Tuscanys, you step on or over a strip of black non-skid. Mine had accumulated nicks and gouges over time. I went to West Marine and picked up a set of nonskid pads with radius corners but the same width as the original. Using siccors to scare up the inside connecting points, I was able to peel off the old one and replace it with a better looking, cleaner appearing replacement. It took me about five minutes.
