my door is noisy
it is also chilly near there in the colder times of the year.
I never pulled off the skin, so toady while chasing a bug, i figured it was time to remove it and see what is what

i also took the time to wrap the noisy lock arms and add a payer of insulation to maybe limit the drafts.
I may have to pull it back apart and fill it with foam.
I was surprised then inerds were so bare

Time for me to look too, I thought it would have been insulated. Not gonna be happy till I look inside, who knows, maybe the former owners hid money in there. Thanks for your info and photos.
