Invertor/charger wiring.

I have an 06 Tuscany 4076.
At the Magnuson invertor there is a wire tagged DLCD. Does anyone know what this is & should it be plugged in to the invertor.
Any info is appreciated.Click image for larger version

Find the install wiring diagram for your inverter.
it is the Magnum ME-DCLD, DC Load Disconnect Pigtail Adapter.
The ME-DCLD (DC Load Disconnect) pigtail adapter is designed to provide a means to DISABLE the inverter function when a 12 volt DC signal is removed. This is useful in applications when a vehicle or boat is placed into storage and the battery disconnect switch is turned off to disconnect all DC loads, the inverter can also be automatically turned off if the ME-DCLD is installed.
You also need to know where the other end is connected.

I was told this plug does not need to be connected by an invertor repair shop, unless the motorhome had a generator automatic start system.
I will look for a wiring schematic for the invertor.
The original invertor would not power the motorhome and had to be replaced. Lasted 1 week and will not power motorhome again. I want to be sure this connection is not the problem.

I would call Magnum at (425) 353-8833. Speak with tech support. They are fantastic and will help you out with that.
