I sure hope someone can help me with this. I have a 2008 Challenger 377 and the problem is that when I release the parking brake the control panel for the levelers starts beeping indicating the jacks are down. A quick visual check shows the jack fully retracted. Checking the owners manual for the leveling system it states the problem could be caused by "low fluid level". My problem is that I do not know where to check the level and the owners manuals does not explain where or how to do it.
Feeling pretty dumb right now, hope someone can explain and help me correct the problem.

Have a assistant power up the levelers while you are outside, follow the noise of the pump motor. Your fluid tank is mounted on the pump.

Check fluid level the resevoir is attached to the Back of pump in one of the rear compartments usually curbside. If fluid is low ck for leaks if fluid is with in 1/4 to 1/2 inch below top of resivoir it also can be the PSI switch or wire harness unplugged or coroded

I found the resevoir and it is within 1/2 inch of the top. What is the PSI switch and where is it located? Also where to I check to see if the wire harness is unplugged and what would be the best way to clean it if it is corroded. I appreciate the help, just wish the dealer would have covered some of this so I would not feel so foolish.

When looking down at the top of the manifold there are 5 valves it should be the first valve on your left not really a valve but a pressure switch there is a 2 wire connector make sure it is clean but the switch could have gone bad. Check the other big gray connector make sure it is clean and tight also fill resevoir up to 1/4 inch from top with ATF and see if that helps I doubt it but give it a try. Here is the web site for Lippert you can down load your owners manuals and a lot of other info you can also contact them through it and they usually can help dignose problems. http://www.lci1.com/ The equipment is on the lower end but I have found them responsive and helpful

Thank you for all your help. It will be a few days till I get back to where it is stored. Will look at all those items mentioned and add fluid. Hopefully it will be something easy like adding fluid that corrects the problem.

my past experience with lci customer service, was positive,
the guy spent about an hour explaining my system and how to reprogram it.
just remember it was built by humans, so sometimes little things creep up

I would like to thank all who have offered there advice on how to fix the problem. I added fluid which was not an easy task because of the location of the resevoir and cleaned all the electrical contacts. That seemed to do the trick as all is working properly. Again a big thank you.
