leaking vent

Well, I've caulked, and caulked some more....but I still have one roof vent leaking at one corner when it rains. How hard is it to replace of these myself? Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated!!

The vent is a bit of work but not technically challenging. Scrape to remove all the old lap sealant (not calk). You will find 24 or so screws all around the flange holding it to the roof. remove them all, they are under the sealant now. the vent just lifts out once all the screws and sealant are removed. Place a bit of sealant under the flange of the new vent and set it in place. Replace all the screws. Use Dicor lap sealant (non - leveling) to seal all the screws and the edge of the flange to the roof material.

Or you can get some 4" ETERNABOND and put it around the vent and call it a day. It'll work so good even the humidity in your Motorhome will go down.
