My inverter stays in the Float charge and my house batteries are boiling over. The invertor is supposed to go into the Full Charge mode after the Float mode is complete; it does not do this. The batteries are 2 years old. I went through the setup and found the inverter with all factory default settings. This condition has existed since I purchased my 2008 Damon Tuscany. I am the 2nd owner. Has anyone out there expereinced the same problem or know what could be wrong?

in my instruction book it says to basically kill power to the system and unplug communication cable ( little phone cord)
it should if its working go back to normal.
mine went crazy last summer when they changed out all four coach batteries and we had a FAIL message. the above corrected it and all has been ok since

we also found one of the 4 batteries was bad and it was causing the system to go charge crazy and ended up boiling the other three.

i would surmise you may be in need of four new batteries as well.

Dang! I really hate it when one battery goes bad and then you end up boiling the other ones dry. I had the same problem but it was on my chassis (2) batteries. I replaced both batteries and problem solved.

OP, actually the charging system goes to full charge and then to float charge and stays on float until the voltage drops and it will go back to full charge.
