I traded for a 4078 w/cummins 425 last December in Tucson, AZ. We spent the winter in it and wanted to stop on our way home to Michigan at the Damon Factory repair facility for warranty work. They were booked but recommended Total Value RV in Elkhart as an alternative. We spent last week there with a 20 item bucket list that included failed slides from weak roller assemblies, bad batteries from miswired inverter and unable to get 50amp service, and many smaller items. Jennifer, service manager at Total Value RV had her stuff together and was on top of the issues I had with my coach. Waiting a couple days for parts took more time than actual repair/replacement. The techs there did nice work and we will stop there in the fall when going back to AZ for the winter. I recommend Total Value RV for your Damon Coach work.

Great to hear they did such good work. My Tuscany 4072 was broken in to, took it to Total Value RV for repairs. Have to have a cabinet, cabinet doors, and window replaced. Thiefs ripped the cabinet apart with a pry bar to get to the TV, slides were closed. Big hold-up is waiting on parts from the factory, 4-8 weeks unfortunately. This has ruined our vacation we had planned to Mt. Rushmore. Police not really willing to do anything, told that's what insurance is for. Wonder why I even bother paying my taxes!!! Jennifer was very nice and very knowledgable, trying to get everything done as quick as possible, but some of the items are "factory only" and have to wait for them. Guess I'll just have to plan something else later in the year.

Soonerdave, sorry to hear about misfortune. I may have seen your coach when at Total Value RV. Seen one with window out and covered pulled out of service bay and parked outside. That is a long wait for a full timer. Did it happen in an RV park while you were away from coach? Hope Insurance putting you up while waiting to get your home back.
