We will take delivery of a 2008 Challenger 377 on Thursday; trading in a 2002 Winnebago Sightseer 27A that got us hooked on RVs last summer.

We'll call the new MH just what we called the old one: Doghowz (at least, that is what the plates read - in Illinois, "doghouse" is too long and "doghaus" was taken.} We travel with three keeshonden; we rescued each keeshond over the last six years. Don't say "who wants to go to the doghouse" around here. That really sets the furkids going.

I'm not in the doghouse for getting the new unit almost two years before I'd planned; my wife Joy is, well, excited with getting it.

See you out there.

Good luck with the "new" Doghowz! We call ours the "wienermobile" for the 2 mini-dachshunds.
We're in Belvidere, Il, we'll keep an eye out for that plate.

Welcome Paul, and congratulations! My wife and I are into Rescue too..only golden rescue. We've been active since 1985 and it's a great feeling helping the dogs. Our plate on the MH says "GLDNRSQ".

Enjoy the forum..we'll be looking forward to hearing from you!

Congratulations Doghowz!
Enjoy your new MotorHome...
I'll have fun looking for plates with either
Doghowz or GLDNRSQ...guess weinermobile is too long for a plate...but I'll keep an eye out for 2 mini-dachshunds. Used to have one myself.
