I'm not getting hot water, elec and LP seem to work, tank feels hot but no hot water at the tap.
This is a new MH, just took delivery. Any ideas?

STEVE, Check your winterization valves and be sure they are in the correct position. You may be heating the tank without water although it wouldn't stay on long. Check the drain valve at tank and be sure there is water in it. If the tank feels hot and the valves are in the correct position, you should get water at spigots. John H....

Welcome to the forum! Do you have water pressure on the hot side,or no pressure at all.Does the temp change at all,like luke warm.There is a couple things it could be,#1 would be winter valves(valve). Bad check valve, etc.Let us know.

John,
Yep that was it. I just pulled off the plannel at the water heater and the middle valve was open when it should have been shut. Thanks for the help.
Now back to getting ready for our first trip.

Thanks Frankie. The winterization valve was in the wrong position. I now have hot water... but of course now other problems.
