Do you have a link for the seller?, I've been thinking of the same thing for my coach.
I spend a lot of time in south Fl. so everything I can do to reduce heat helps.

Do they have the same bulb's with different kelvin wavelengths? Hard to tell from the pictures but they look typical LED blue/white (actinic). Do you like the blue vs warm white of the incandescent? I put in under-counter LED's in my home and had to reorder till I got close to a warm white wavelength. I would love to have the cooler-running LED if the compromise is not great.

Personally I prefer lighting in the eight to ten thousand Kelvin spectrum, seems more like natural sunlight to me. A matter of personal taste.

Are they as bright as the normal bulbs? The LEDs I tried about a year ago were dim and very expensive. I know the price is beginning to drop but what about the brightness?

to me i like the light spectrum and i know you can get bulbs with more leds on them but the price goes up and for me this was the best bang for the buck and my wife likes it way better than normal light bulbs

We've slowly been replacing our standard bulbs with LED's as they go with one major exception. Has anyone replaced their halogen G4 base bulbs (10 or 20 amp) with LED's. They pull the most juice and create the most heat in our coach and they are everywhere in the ceiling (on dimmers as well).

I purposefully speced Marine G4 light fixtures in our new custom built trailer. They are all warm white 3200K lights (similar to incandescent bulb in color temperature).
On our first trailer I converted all of ours using wedge base LED arrays.

Where did you get them? And did you have any issues with a dimmer?

We do not have dimmers so that was not a concern however Super Bright LEDs - MR16, MR11, G4, GU10 Bulbs has them (toward the bottom of the page).
The arrays that I have were made to be used with microscopes and picked up off of Ebay.

Mavric65,

Do you have a trimetric? If not, could you possibly use an amp meter and let us know what the draw is on those lights? I've heard sometimes they don't live up to their power use claims...

Also, just eyeball wise, how is the light intensity compared to the incandescents you replaced?
