Will be taking delivery on June 6th. Any suggestions to find common problems, items to avoid, items to request in the demonstration would be appreciated. Thanks.

Chuck, Pay close attention and take notes if you must. Also don't be afraid to ask questions. Once you leave, you will probably forget a lot in your excitement of getting the new MH. My last MH bought new had the hot and cold water lines reversed in the shower and kitchen sink, which I reversed myself. Also caught a factory flaw around a window which was taken care of, but had I left, I'm not so sure it would have been. Good luck and congrats on your new acquisition. John H....

Congrats Chuck,
We took delivery of our 2008 371 on May 30.

The first thing I plan on getting is a power protection device. I've read some of the horror stories of pedestal power problems, none of them cheap to fix.
