new owner to rv....need help

We have a 1999 Damon Daybreak, we cannot locate the valve to switch the potable water to city water. So were currently using the potable water and using the rv pump, we do have the water hooked up to city water, however cannot get it to come in. Please help?

Thank you!

Backflow valve

It's possible that you have a stuck or clogged back flow valve, or maybe a filter screen that's clogged.

If you have a whole house filter perhaps it's clogged, and maybe it has an Off position?

Check the positions of your winterizing valves.

You sure the hose isn't clogged or kinked?
