Only hot air

Just back from our maiden voyage with our 2003 Intruder 350. Everything was great except that we only got hot air from the dash vents. Didn't matter which setting I put it on it just continually blew hot air. Vent, defrost, or A/C didnt matter. As if the temp control wasn't working. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to start?

Since it is a 2003...There is probably no refrigerant in the AirCon circuit...just blowing air from the intake.

This is easy to check by running the system with the AirCon set to cool...place your hand on the AirCon lines going into the air box to see if one is getting cool at all.

The temp controller could also be stuck at hot. This can be checked by starting the system and checking if the output can be changed from just warmed air to very hot.

These are easy repairs for someone that knows auto HVAC.

Best luck
