Prop shaft brake

Hi, Im fairly new so a bit confused. My park or prop shaft brake stuck on while re-fuelling. Had to get a techie out to replace the lil green thing. It wasn't that so he disconnected the cable so that we could continue. Anyone any ideas what and where could have gone wrong? I see a relay in the pump housing box is that a possible?

Is your RV on a Workhorse chassis? The issue with the parking brake that automatically engages is well documented on the forum. You cna do a search using the Google search box at the top of the page or start here:
