Propane fill

Hi. Trying to fill my Damon Ultrasport 2003 propane. It will not seal and cannot be filled. Told that I need an O ring on the chassis fill nozzle. No one seems to know or understand what I need. Last time I filled propane, attendant took O ring out of spare nozzle and slid it on my fill connector and had no problem. He said I need a new sealer ring. Where do I get one of these?

Are you talking about the external remote fill connection O ring? Does it look like this one?

It may be called a gasket. Mine is a flat rubber washer.
I would suspect any propane dealer like Ferrellgas etc. would have it.
