Propane tank needle gauge for Astoria 2006

Today took our 2006 Damon/Astoria/Pacific Class A Diesel Pusher to Rv Service Company in Reno Nevada.
After several months with this our "2nd" RV we decided we would like to actually have a Needle/Gauge for the Propane that remains in tank.
Annoyed with having to watch and worry about the 3 colored lights for the Propane Tank.
So I found and am suggesting the following alternative along with the the 3 lights. has anyone tried this and with what success ?
