Just for grins, start with the control buttons. sounds like something like contrast etc. might need adjusting.

Strange part about the warr. Usually the warr. starts with the date of retail purchase.

I agree in fact I would bet that it is the A/B switch. This switch would give you a second camera view if you had a second camera connected to the monitor.

Sadly, you probably get no E-mail reply from Damon. We have never had any replies from them. Get on the horn and call them. You might get a helpful answer, but then again you mght not. Their technical assistance really is lacking.

I got two replies back to back just two weeks ago. They come from Thor now though. One as helpful as they sent me a pdf version of the 98 owners manual but the second one they couldn't really help much with as it involved the chassis manufacturer more so than them. However they did reply.

Sorry I had already checked all monitor adjustments turns out a staple is through the cable and eventually wore through enough to cancell signals now a new cable must be run front to rear it looks like s video but it is not.

You could cut it where it is bad and put ends on each end of the cut then join them together. It would save you from having to run new cable.

Have not been able to find connectors for it. Camera company says no splice. The cable is 1 coax and 2 looks like 20 ga. Standard s video is 2 coax. Any way Damon has shipped me a new cable. It looks like a few hour job to run new one

Since they sent you new cable then run new if it is easy. Or splice it, If you knew any one that is in Cable TV installation or electronics or even Amateur radio, they might be able to better advize than I can from long distance.

Of course the camera company says no splice, that doesn't mean that one splice wouldn't work and still give you a satisfactory picture. If it were me I would limit the number of splices to just one. Before installing a new cable. Like I said since they sent you a new cable then the only thing your out of is the time to replace the cable.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the ADTH ROS700 system? Sure could use one. The monitor blinks when stepping on the brakes. Hmm- - - Has issues when going into reverse also. Thinking that perhaps the wiring may be issue? When it works, it works. I can't seem to locate the manufactor on the web and Tiffin isn't much help. $ 30.00 for a owners installation book with a wiring diagram? That is a bit much.

Thanks
