Hi there...

I've been looking at (Web only at this point) a 2004 Damon Daybreak 3285F which is on a Ford powertrain. I have not seen it first hand just what is on the Camping World website. I plan to go by there on Monday. Besides your normal issues with used RV's is there anything unique about Damon's that I should look for and ask about? The only thing I can see from the pictures is the rear TV is missing (no big deal) and what appears to be the control panel for the levelers.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Tom

I have a 2001 Damon Daybreak 2960 and have put about 30,000 miles on it. (2 1/2 years) I love it. You might need new tires. Mine is on a workhorse GM 5.1 liter engine, so I can't comment on the Ford, but it is used a lot, so it must be good. You have to do routine maintenance and you might have it inspected. Good luck.

Tom,

Rear TV is not standard, or at least that was what I was told when I bought my 07. My 07 was a factory demo model though and I was lucky to get it with the TV at no cost.

I didn't buy it at Camping world. I bought mine at General RV in Michigan during the Damon days sale.
