I have a 35' 2004 Damon Ultrasport. I am in the process of installing a 32" LCD tv. Everything went fine until I tried to find the coax cable feed to the factory installed satellite dish.
I removed the digital elevation readout plate and there is a coil of coax there
but no termination in the, now empty, Tv cabinet.
I called Damon and they were no help whatsoever.
Does anyone have an idea of where I should look for this evasive cable?

Rare Bear, The termination should already exist on the back of your A/V switch if that cable was terminated. I would look there but I'm sure that you probably already have.

Assuming you have a box of many buttons as your A/V switch.

The cable from the roof-top SATELLETE antenna goes direct to the sat-receiver compartment.. This compartment (if your TV is mounted up (high) in the front) is on the driver's side lower compartment (Assuming your unit is like my Intruder) under the VCR.

There is a 2nd cable there that runs back to the SWITCH.

The rooftop sat-antenna is not switched or processed in any way within the motor home, it runs directly from the sat receiver compartment to the roof. it should say SAT on it,, I'm not sure if it will say ANT or not

THE OTA antenna goes to the switch box. nothing between it and the switch box.

The A/V switch on my Ultrasport is on the right side. The left side has
the vhs/dvd player and a remote cd player.
I'm pretty sure that Damo did not run the coax I need.
Thanks for the advise.
