Why is it with the kind of money spent to buy these Rigs, do they seem to skimp on the quality of the mattress?

Bought my 07 DayBreak 3270 new in 06 and the mattress is literally cloth covered springs with no padding what so ever. I swear I can count the springs just by laying down.

Of course, that being said, my mattress at home is a Select Comfort air mattress and I love it.

I agree with you. Damon sould offer upgrade options for the mattress. One night on the original mattress was enough for me. I bought a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper from Costco and that did the trick. The bed is very comfortable now, I just hope the spring mattress won't collapse to soon.

Cosco 3" memory foam did the trick! Make sure you buy the queen size then trim off the lenth. You can use the cut off part in the arm rests. Works great.

It is funny that you all recomended the foam topper. I bought one at Kmart it was supposed to be the Queen. Took it out of the box and unfolded it and it was about as wide as a twin and shorter then the mattress. I said to the wife maybe it has to relax before it would fit. let it set for the whole day and it was still the same size. It was a piece of trash now we have to return it.

I will say that I have the memory foam pillow (conventional shape) and that is the most comfortable pillow I have ever had.

memory foam only way to go. pulled our foam out of our C and into our NEW 372 that we pick up this THurs. We most likely will try the foam on the sofa or use an air mattress for guests. good idea for extra foam for arm rests!!

Well, I finally got a memory foam topper from Walmart. It claims to be 4 inches but seems to be closer to 2 inches. But that seems to be plenty. Now I sleep like a baby.

We tried all the memory beds and after all that ended with a Sealy Futton bed for the HURRICANE M/H. Now I can't seem to get out of bed

I throwed mine away , went to a local furniture sales place , and the owner's father had purchased several years ago some fleetwood foam mattress's. We got one, took it home, it was right width , too long. We took fabric off the end, cut it off with kitchen electric shears, and sewed the fabric back on. fits perfect and is very thick and comfortable. No more issues.

cheers
