The seal on the front/left basement door (right behind front wheel) has pulled away from the top corner in front. This may or may not be the cause of the small amount of water I get in that compartment. The opposite side seal has some hard (everything's hard in the cold...) black caulk above the seal, but the problem compartment doesn't. Can anyone tell me what type of caulk this is and where to get it? Thanks in advance.

I had one of my seals come loose and used 3M weatherstrip adhesive to glue it back on, worked great with no problems or leaks. You can get the 3M at just about any auto parts store. I have used this adhesive for many years and many projects and have always been happy with it when used properly. Follow the instructions and you should be back leak free soon. Happy RVing.
