TPO Roof/Black Streaks

Purchased 2008 Challenger 378 in June. When I looked at it on sales lot there were streaks. The dealer cleaned it up before delivery, but streaks returned. I washed roof and waxed sides, and streaks came back. I understand the roof is from Alpha Systems. Their website indicates that there is no need for protectant and say washing should be with Murphy's soap. The roof is very discolored, it has not been stored in an environment where mold or mildew would grow. Is this a situation where I will be constantly be battling streaks or is there a cure?

My 378 I purchased in August is the same. The only solution for stopping most of the black streaks (as I see it) would be to install gutters. Thats my plan for next spring.
