AC unit checked out OK at the dealer last week, They recorded 58 degrees F. at dash outlets. Heading for Idaho later this week so will see how we can handle by running rooftops to stay halfway cool. Was 108 here today so looking for some cooler weather going north. I may have to do the curtain thing as well, but sure would rather keep it OEM standard (if there is such a thing in the RV industry).

Our dash A/C works well enough to keep me warm driving but it just cannot keep the coach cool. We just ran from NE FL to NW Ohio and had to run generator the whole way to keep the coach cool. Just too much volume on a dark coach.

Internal temp control was fine with roof a/c's operating. Had 100+ temps all the way to Boise. Just going to have to accept the need to run generator in hot weather. Another industry norm accepted.
