Anyone know who makes this wonderful piece of gear?
the seams blew out, we have patched it twice now, i like the fact it has a zipper cover to keep it attached to the frame, but the vinyl seems to be less than adequate for more than one use.

thanks

Are you going over the mountains when the mattress is at a high pressure? That can really do a number on inflatables.

When I was with Boeing, I used to fly on customer acceptance flights. We took picnic lunches from the cafeteria, which included indivdual bags of chips. If we did a cabin de-pressurisation test before lunch, you could hear all the chip bags blowing up at about 12,000 ft cabin alttitude!

Contact Flair Interiors, they provided the mattress. They will be very
helpful and sell you a new, higher quality mattress at their cost.
Direct your email to:

flairwarranty@flairinteriors.com

My new mattress, although different in how it attaches, is a noticeable
improvement in quality and has been great during the last few months with
usage by adults and kids 25+ times. Can't blame them, there are
no longer any US manufacturers.
