Unknown switch

In the cabinet above windshield (drivers side) is a "wall switch" with two square buttons on it. When pushed (either one) nothing happens, can anybody guess as to what these buttons are for ? they seem to lead to the overhead TV but have no effect on the tv. Iam at a loss to figure out just what these buttons are for.. Look like factory installed.
