09 damon astoria 3776. switch on left side of instrument panel. marked headlight but works none of the lights. Anyone have any ideas? Click image for larger version

The one on the top left is probably the engine compartment light. Assuming that is the one you are referring to.

On our 08 Astoria the left one of the switches controls the aisle lights and the right one controls the light in the generator compartment. Bay lights are on the entry panel by the copilots seat.

top left is the aisle lights. engine compartment light has switch in the compartment, bay lights are controlled by the light panel at the entry door.

You say it is marked headlights but it does not work any of them. How do you turn on your headlights then? I don't see 'headlight' marking anywhere in you picture.

The switch says pull on it. What happens when you pull it?

I wish mine was in the compartment. I have to run back inside to the dash to turn mine on. Never understood the logic of the placement.

the headlights is the big switch bottom left. rotate to the right for headlights. pull for fog lights.

the switch in question is the generator compartment lights, replaced the bulbs in the compartment and it works. A lot of light in that compartment.

on my tuscany that switch activates the fog lights if you dont pull the headlight switch out for fog lights...its a weird redundant thing
