Our daughter and son-in-law just purchased a lovely 2001 Windsport 34k, but they have a few questions. I told them how helpful all of you have been......so I hope someone can help us with this one.
The front TV is mounted in the center of the dash instead of up above. Has anyone replaced this TV yet, and how did you go about it? They're thinking of replacing it with a LCD. Can they just put a digital distribution box in the bedroom for the rear TV?
Also, in the cabinet above the swivel chair near the entrance door there is a cable connection and a 12 volt connection. Would this be their cable input? They can't find one on the outside of the coach anywhere? How do they plug into cable at the private campgrounds that supply free cable? Thank you for your help! The coach just came with a "generic" type of manual and doesn't have the details provided.

We have a 2000 Windsport and love it. I am unable to help with the TV replacement but suggest you go to one of the Tech Support sites and ask this question, sure there is support there.

On our motor home there is a TV connection on the outside in the area of the water and power connections. You should find a small cover over the TV connection, this is where you hook the RV park TV cable. In the cabinet the cable wire is the TV wire. Hope this helps.

Hi All,

I also have a 2000 Windsport 33 SL and my cable connection is also on the outside drivers side like Willynojob's and I also have not changed out my TV! The cable connection in the cabinet above swivel chair is what you would use to connect to a Satalite receiver, or VCR or DVD player! Sorry I could not be of more help!
