2008 31D, LCD install, Consoles, Extra cabinets

[IMG][/IMG]

Pulled old tube tv out, replaced with a 26" Samsung super thin LCD. Hated the cheap plastic center console, found some plastic bins from Target, and a cup holder, free formed the deck, stained, it's supported along the length of the back and support legs. We also needed a dedicated linen closet, found these cabinets at Lowes, color is a little more brown than cherry, but the details matched to the T. I used some mollies and liquid nails, close to thirty thousand miles and they haven't fallen yet. Another mod I did was to cut the drivers Pedestal down by 2 3/4"s in total height, much more comfortable. I also move the passenger pedestal forward about 8"s, now the passenger can actually recline the seat while driving, also when swung around into the living area you've got a place for your feet. Also added a "hot rod" to the water heater, changed the shower head to a oxygenated one. Next up, pulling the dinette and either going small table and chairs or two reclining captains chairs and end table between. Maybe a reclining love seat, who knows. Itching to get on the road.
