2010 Windsport Main roof A/C, fan and heat do not work.

I have a 2010 Windsport on a workhorse chassis. When I try to activate the roof air, fan or heat at the thermostat nothing works. I have tried this on shore line and generator. I have checked breakers inside the coach and at the generator. Recently the transfer switch was replaced on a recall and the everything worked for one outing and I parked it for a while and when I tried the AC again nothing. Where should I look next?

The roof A/C works on 120v AC. The thermostat and furnace work on 12v DC. Are you sure the house batteries are putting out 12v? It should also work when on shore power, the converter/charger then provides the 12v. Make sure your interior lights, water pump, etc. are getting 12v power.

If all the power works out, next would be checking for voltage at the thermostat. Removing cover should expose the wires that need testing.

When they replaced the transfer switch they said the batteries were bad, probably because of the transfer switch so they replaced both house batteries. I will try checking voltage at the thermostat next, thanks.
