2011 Thor Hurricane Charging Issue

I have a 2011 Thor Hurricane 31d. I'm able to charge the batteries when the coach is running, and I'm able to charge them when the generator is running; however, the batteries will not charge when on shore power. I've checked the battery disconnect, and it will not activate (the light won't come on no matter what I do). Can someone point me in the right direction for what the cause might be? Thanks much.

I hope this helps , because I had the same problem "battery isolator relay (Bird) or (Big Boy). This was just discussed on another thread. These items go out and need replacing. I know others will chime in on this subject. Good Luck

Has your Hurricane recall been performed? There is a good chance your BCC is bad, but if the modification could fix your problem.

Read this.
