2011 Thor Serrano 33a - Generator & Inverter Issues

We recently bought a 2011 Thor Serrano 33a. It drove great all the way home from the dealer in Southern California to Northern California pulling our car. When we parked it in our RV storage lot, we used the battery disconnect for the coach and chassis. The next day when we can back to it, both the coach and chassis batteries were very low and we noticed the lights inside the living area were on and very dim.

We removed the batteries and charged them. The engine started with no problem. Apparently we put the coach batteries in backward as nothing worked. We had put the 2 6V batteries in the drawer backward so had the batteries cables on wrong. After correcting the cables, nothing happens with the inverter when we push the button and when we push the start switch for the generator (tried both inside and outside start switches) nothing happens. We tried looking for fuses or circuit breakers. We turned the circuit breaker off and back on for the generator but nothing happened. We found lots of different fuses but nothing says generator or inverter.

Any help anyone could give would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike & Donna

2011 Thor Serrano 33a - Generator & Inverter Issues

Look at your 12v fuse panel, there are two 30 or 40 amp fuses used for reverse battery polarity. May have blown them ?? Mine are the two orange ones just below the red tester prob.....
