2013 Thor Tuscany

I tried to open the access hatch in the rear of the coach up came the carpet unscrew the plywood floor then came a hard metal panel that seemed not to come off. What did I do wrong?

do you have any pictures you can post?,is that plate hot after you run it? you should be able to see the engine TOM AND JOANNE TUSCANY XTE 36MQ with Pontiac G5 toad

So when I got home I went under the coach and you can get at the fuel filter and water separater easily. So I guess that's why the plate won't come up
