2013 Windsport 32A slide out issue

Our driver's side (sofa/dinette) slide out has a gap of about 1/4" where the interior "wood" trim joins the slide box in the upper right corner. First noticed this when extending the slide out; it seemed to push the trim away from the upper (top) right edge of the slide box when fully extended. Took it to dealer (Lazydays) where they supposedly fixed the problem; but now on our first long trip, the gap is showing up again. Also, after being caught in a hard rain on the interstate, we had a small puddle of water on the floor at the right side of the slide out.

Do these problems indicate the slide out could be misaligned and not extending/retracting properly in the slide opening? Any other possible causes?

You have a new coach that should be under warrantee. Take it to your dealer.

Thanks anyway, but I have already taken it to Lazydays and the problem wasn't fixed. Next stop may be back to THOR.

Call Thor first and talk to a tech.
Tell them your problem with RV and LazyDays.
