2017 Thor Palazzo jacks are stuck

We put our jacks down last night in our 2017 36 ft. Thor Palazzo, and now they are stuck. We emptied the air bags first, then did the auto-leveling system. Once done, we tried to use the manual system to correct what we felt was one side lower then the other. However the system is totally locked up, and won’t let us do anything. We did, however, refill the airbags, just to stabilize the coach for the night. Looks pretty funny with the jack up in the air though. I know there is a way to reset the entire system , but can’t remember it. Any assistance?

So you're wanting to Reprogram and re-set to Zero. Ok.
To start things out, Put engine on, keep it running, make sure park break is on, and transmission in Park or Neutral.
1. Turn on Jack/Leveler system (top right button)
2. press FRONT jack button 5x
3. Press REAR/BACK jack button 5x
4. System in now in Reprogramming mode and all lights should be Flashing.
5. Set you CARPENTER leveler on the floor in middle/center of Rig.
6. Manipulate Front/back/left/Right Jack buttons to get "bubble" on
Carpenter Leveler to the Middle/zero point, to reset.
7. Now hit the retract button (bottom right) 3x. You're now at "zero point"
and your "Wait" LED light should be flashing.

Don't forget to retract your jacks before driving off.

If you have an LCI electronic Leveling system
1. Engage parking break. Turn on Engine. Have it in park or Neutral
2. Turn on Leveling system (top right button)
3. Simultaneously Depress (push) ALL 4 Directional Buttons (Front/Back, Left/Right) for 5 seconds.

I don't know what happened but in the future don't shut down your control pad to quickly, wait about 20 sec's. Also, before shutting it down make sure your battery voltage is not too low.
