37KT rear emergency exit warning

I opened rear exit window on our new KT as a test and somewhere around 45 degrees something popped and it came out of the track. Good news is I had my hand on the bottom edge and was able to keep it from falling on the driveway. Bad news is it was a two man and several hour job to get it back in. When you test open the window I would only open far enough to be sure the rubber seals are not sticking.

Don't know the brand name of , our emergency exit window, but when I opened it to move a washer/dryer in; biggest point of entry into the coach; same thing happened and same result , helper grabbed the window about 4" off the ground.

Only difference, mine went back into the hinge in 30 seconds.

OP Here: forgot to mention that this is the NEW frameless window. Looked at front exit window and it seems to have a different hinge arrangement. It passed test OK.
