38RE Dover roll up door help

Has anyone had an issue with the latch malfunction? The door is in the down position and the latch is only engaging the lock on the left side, I can not raise the door.

Jim,
Your RV is so new (in the market) and so different from every other RV ever made, I would bet that few even know what an Outlaw 38RE is...they are quite special.

But, there are at least 3 owners (including you) here on iRV2. If I were you, I would Private Message Larry (RV.Driver).
And from his post here, I would believe he is quite mechanically inclined = could help.

And, maybe PM Ken (ksluy) too. He's had his RE for 8 months...with reportedly no problems:

Best luck
