ACE 29.2 - adding window shades / awnings

Has anyone done this? I think having little window awnings on the rear bedroom windows and the window by the dinette would be a quick win. Anyone done this yet, or have possibly done this on another coach? Any issues with connection points? Thanks in advance.

One of the Palazzo owners was asking the same type question. You may want to check with him.

I found them on line, Carefree of Colorado, SL model line. They match the patio awning that came on it from the factory. Should have them in 2 weeks, installation looks really simple. I think this will greatly reduce inside heat when the sun is beating down on the sides, now I close the interior blinds, and you can't see out, makes the inside feel small.

Can you post some pics after the install? And let us know how easy/hard it was to do the I install.

I'll take before / after photos, will probably be about 2 weeks before I get to it. I actually found a you tube video of the installation also, looks fairly simple. This will be a nice upgrade with the heat of summer coming.
