ACE 30.1 tank locations

Looking for some information on where the gray water and fresh water tanks are located in a Thor A.C.E. 30.1. I have looked under the RV and only see the fuel tank and truck frame.

If the RV is certified for winter use, the tanks are enclosed in a space that can be heated. Open the compartments, you'll see plumbing and perhaps the tank ends that show where they are.

The fresh water is the compartment next to the battery compartment (basically under the kitchen sink on the right side). The compartment is heated. The gray water tank is under the shower and runs across the tanks to the wet bay compartment. The black water tank is under the toilet and the lower part is visible in the wet bay.

Thanks for the input. Your probably right about the gray tank. I did find the fresh water tank. In the Thor ACE 30.1 (at least in the 2015 model) it was under the the bed, while I had the mattress up I found an access hatch. The slide moves with the bed moves over the area where the tank and several other things are located.

My bad. I assumed that the ACE layout would the the same as the Windsport/Hurricane, except for the bedroom slide direction. After all they are made on the same production line.

Gray water tank is above the fuel tank. Looks to be a real pain if it ever has to be replaced. You can see part of it looking at the blackwater tank end.

Thanks for the input. That's just about where I figured it would based on following the dump pipe and a post about shower drain leaks with the location of the trap. Would be nice to know to access.
