Adding Coolant to 33.2

I unhooked yesterday and began trip home. Before going a mile an alert sounded and my screen displayed that i was low on coolant! I stopped to look for coolant filler but never found it! In the mean time the alert on screen went off and my engine gauge showed normal heat range. I drove Palazzo home without it overheating but again just prior to pulling into storage the alert sounded once again telling me to add coolant?

Has anyone had similar alert on their 33.2 and/or know where i go to add water?

Thanks

Yes I have. Had a small coolant leak on the transmission cooler. The lines for the cooler are just behind the rear bumper. Down low. Probably 2 1/2 inch lines. Just tighten up the hose clamps on each end of cooler. Then added a gallon of coolant.
