I've been down in my back since back surgery but am now getting to where I can climb back into the hurricane. I know I can in another month. Can't wait to go somewhere. I have been reading about others wanting to have a hurricane owners' club or rally. I'd like that. Is there someone already working on this?

Let's start this up again. We could all go up to the parking lot in Elkhart, but we would need a few power splitters and extension cords. State parks are good, but hard to get enough space reserved. How about some CG owners jumping in... Western Kentucky somewhere??

That will be nice all fourwind owners have a convey to fourwinds factory up in IN, and park there with the rigs so that there can see what a great job they did, LOL.

Reason I asked is that we did spend the night at the factory. The do have a number of hookups in the maintenance lot, looked like they could handle about 10 or so rigs. If this thing gets going, there is a nice campground up on the north side of the interstate that is easy to get to, and has good facilities and meeting rooms. Plenty of parking spaces and drive around areas also. Look at Elkhart RV park.

If you are in that area, be sure to go by for the factory tours.

Rather than a Hurricane rally, why not come to a Texas Boomer rally. we get together fairly often and do not care what kind of rig you have.

The Elkhart compground was pretty nice, they have a clubhouse and lots of room. We could have factory tours, visit the outlets, and there is REALLY good food at a number of places around. The new RV museum is a good half day trip, not far from the campground. Say sometime in April or May this year?? Might get some sponsorship from the factory if we asked. Wanna make it FourWinds MH to pick up the Cs?? Lets here a vote for the idea of a rally. George, you in??
