Basement floor board lifting

2016 Tuscany 36 MQ and have the main floor board lifting in the main pass through compartment from water damage and not sure how to refasten that 1/4 in board, dont want to put a screw through the belly pan, wonder if there is strapping?

Sorry did not see your note for 2 weeks. 1/4" board?

I'm wondering if you are talking about the white-plastic coated floor panels/plywood in your cargo compartments? Mine are thicker than 1/4". I'd say the wooden part is about 3/8" to 1/2" thick with the white pebble texture plastic coating adding about 1/16" to that. I've got delamination in the main pass-through floor on drivers side right toward rear of compartment.

Mine is at Service Center right now. They are looking at this issue. I've asked them to replace de-laminated flooring. I'll see what they come back with and end up doing.
