Can i extend jacks with the air leveling system?
I have a 2017 Thor Aria 3901. It is a diesel pusher. Question? Can i extend the jacks without bleeding the air system down and lowering the coach first?
OR do i need to lower the coach first before i lower the leveling jacks?

depending on your model your system may dump automatically when you start the leveling process. Ours is a manual dump and I have leveled with and without dumping the air (by accident) and the coach seemed to level much higher without dumping first.
good luck happy glamping!

Yep, but as stated the coach will be higher, because the jacks have to extend much further to make up for the additional height of the inflated air bags. Plus if your air bags leak down over time (like over night) and do so unevenly, the coach will be out of level again.

My unit automatically dumps the air when the auto levelling switch is pushed. When the air dumped, it is very obvious, so I suggest listening and watching for the dump when auto levelling. If this doesn't happen, then you know you will have to manually dump next time.

The air will automatically dump first (if reprogrammed to do so) when pushing either the automatic or manual button.
At the end of the calibration procedure to set level you can turn on the feature to automatically dump the air.

I am pretty sure that the Aria has a manual air dump. Before you start the leveling, dump the air. When you are wanting to raise the jackets, inflate the air bags first by moving the lever back to auto. Wait until the air bags are full then raise the jacks.
