I have 2014 Thor Tuscany that has an auto closing feature when the wind moves the awning. The problem is that in the least little breeze it closes up on me. Is there an adjustment or place where I can deactivate this feature?

You can pull the fuse or turn the ignition key to the on position. As far as I know there is no adjustment.

Had the same problem. The factory service center fixed the issue, so there must be some type of adjustment

There is no adjustment. I had the same problem on mine and Carefree replaced the control unit mounted in the outgoing rail of the awning. Mine was so sensitive, you could just bump the awning with your hand and it would go in. Since the replacement has been installed, it works great. I was lucky however, mine was still in warranty and the Carefree Rep came out to inspect and then install the new control unit when we were at the Thor Service Center in Wakarusa. I'd call Carefree first to send a new unit - installs with a couple of screws and a wire connection. If no help, I'd call Thor Service. Carefree knows they had an issue with some of the control units - so the Rep told me...
